Documents
Your broker’s real forms live here. Upload each one once and the platform uses it everywhere — it never invents a legal document.
Nothing is made up
The app fills in the facts it knows (names, the address, price) as labelled placeholders, but the body of a contract or disclosure comes only from the form you upload here. Until a kind has a form on file, anything that needs it shows a placeholder and asks you to add your broker’s version. Use your brokerage’s current documents — a licensed broker reviews what gets used.
Sending for signature
When a document needs a client signature, it goes out through your brokerage’s signing platform (for example Dotloop / KW Command) — that’s the system of record a broker requires. Casa Domnaru prepares the document and tracks its status; it doesn’t sign or send on its own, and every send is yours to confirm. This connects once you know which platform your brokerage uses.
